Program Description

Local Bzz offers a mobile messaging service to provide clients with important, time-sensitive information related to their scheduled services. The purpose of the program is to send appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and other essential communications directly related to your photo shoot. We do not use this service for promotional or marketing messages.

How to Opt-In (Consent)

You may opt-in to receive text messages by providing your mobile number on our website's booking or contact form and affirmatively checking the box indicating your consent to these terms and your agreement to receive text messages from us. By opting in, you expressly consent to receive non-promotional, transactional text messages from Local Bzz at the mobile number you provide.

How to Opt-Out

You may opt-out of the messaging service at any time. To stop receiving text messages, text the word STOP to +18777804236. After you send the STOP message, we will send you one final confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from us after that. If you wish to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time.

Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on your scheduled services and booking status. You will typically receive messages for your initial booking confirmation, one or two appointment reminders prior to your session, and as-needed notifications regarding any schedule changes or the delivery of your final images.

Cost and Carriers

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Your wireless provider's standard messaging rates will apply to these communications. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

We are able to deliver messages to the following mobile phone carriers: Major carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Alltel, Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile, and others.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and User Data

We respect your right to privacy. Your mobile number will be used solely for the purpose of providing the services described in these terms.
